Fix the export options ASAP or give me my money back!!!!

I love the newest update, Ive been waiting for an update for a while!! I have an issue with the high-quality export update. It says Ive purchased it already and asks if I want to download it for free, when I accept it says successful but then error!! Oh no!

if I glitch a pic and its getting really nice and I want to save it to my phone, tap on Save to phone, the app says its confirmed but the edited photo is not saved to my phone. Where has it gone?

They removed the export button! Its straight to social media or, nothing! Please fix this, I was using it everyday and now Its useless for a lot of us.

So saw an edit on Instagram and decided to try it out. Awful program...most of the edits dont even do anything. The whole set up for editing pics is weird and confusing. First I pick a picture then what? I add a mask text add motion? Then it doesnt do anything.. Once I add a pic and try to add a cool graphic it doesnt do anything but allow me to crop another photo and then the original photo is gone and its only the cropped photo... Weird. I like the idea but wish it worked for my money.... Now I cant do anything really for the money I paid Id rather give it back. Maybe they will update it and make it better and more user friendly... Hopefully because now I already paid for it. Great

Dont pay for the hi res export upgrade. It doesnt let you export to anything other than social media which makes hi res useless. They really need to fix it I actually feel ripped off.

I feel so ripped off because it only lets me upload to social media and only there and I want the export button please

What the f$&% is the deal, why did I pay for this? Other than that and subsequent feelings of being ripped off - the app itself is dope.

Is it just me or did they change the LCD effect? I miss how it used to be, the new effect is so weird.

Swipe for more options to export ya dummies! Its there!

For the ones who are complaining about the export options, you just have to swipe for the export to library option. Btw, Glitché is an awesome app

So this is a PAID APP yet Im supposed to pay another four dollars to be able to save pictures at a good quality? Stupid.

No customer support to be heard of as many many users and supporters of this app have addressed, the paid addition of high resolution exports does not work. Broken, nada, so fix this please right away to make this expensive feature usable at all. Ive been waiting for a simple update to resolve that issue for months and months now. You even replied to my first email regarding the issue, telling me to reinstall the app and restart my phone. This is not my first time around the ballpark with a broken app, it simply right now, does not work. Fix it

In general I really love this app! But since the newest update, the Channel Filter is not as good as before! You cant change the direction of it like before! Please go back to the previous editing options, these were MUCH better!

Bought this app only to be able to export low res images cause the programmers fail. Its insane how many complaints there is but nothing has been done. Theyre clearly aware of this scam

Fix this or this app is now useless.
